Pictures of the Re-Do

The large new tub drape.  I couldn’t find the shade of gray I wanted in the fabric store, or in the heavier fabric.  I ended up at Ikea and bought a pair of cotton velveteen drapes for $49.99.  To make one large drape, I cut one of the pair into two 12″ finished side strips and added them to each side with a pretty French seam.  I had so much fabric left over, I was able to make the long body pillow on the bed to match, and also a pillow in the living room.  My husband hammered in the metal ring eyelets for the shower hangers, and after I hemmed it to an inch above the floor, it was done.  Looooove it!Image
