I Make Flour

Since I can’t have wheat flour of ANY kind, this is what I came up with:

I use Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, measure several cups into my Kitchen Aid food processor and whirl until it is processed into a flour.  Sometimes I blend in rice flour that I buy in the organic isle in the grocery store, or at an organic food store.  The 1/2 and 1/2 blend works well in any baked goods, even bread made with yeast, no eggs of course.  And…oats are sooo good for your heart.  You can probably buy the oat flour also, but it is cheaper to process your own
